Return Policy

The Rose Maven does not accept returns. If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible by phone at 617.209.9917 or email at [email protected] We cannot guarantee cancellation if you do not contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Notwithstanding the previous, your order cannot be canceled once it has shipped.

How Quickly Will My Roses Ship?

Orders typically take about 24 hours for production from the time the order is placed. In some instances, we offer same-day shipping on orders placed before 1:00 pm EST.

Shipping takes anywhere from 2-4 days, depending on your shipping carriers.  

We also offer local delivery within the south shore area in Massachusetts  

Do the Roses Really Last a Year?

Yes, your bouquet can last up to one year with proper care. Minimal handling of the arrangement also promotes an even longer-lasting arrangement. Petals are prone to breaking if they are pinched or disturbed. 

How Do I Care for My Bouquet?

Never water your Roses. Lightly sweep away any debris with a tapered soft-bristled brush when needed. Always keep the bouquet away from heat and direct sunlight. Do not place anything on top of your bouquet or press down on the roses as this will cause the petals to crack. 

How Do the Roses Last a Year?

Glycerin serves as a moisturizer for the buds and helps them look fresh for as long as they are out of dry environments, heat, and direct sunlight.  

What Are the Roses Made Of?

Every single rose is natural and imported from Ecuador where it is grown, cultivated, and preserved to last.  When the bloom is at its best, it is treated with a mix of glycerin and other non-toxic ingredients to preserve the blossom. The metallic styles contain a wax blend with coloring and other plant ingredients.

Can I Take the Flowers Out of the Box?

To ensure your bouquet maintains its grace, please do not take the roses out of the box. Each one is meticulously placed in the box to fit within the arrangement. The interior component contains foam to support the stemless blooms.  

What do I do if my package arrives damaged?

We strive to package each arrangement as carefully as possible to prevent shifting during shipping. However, if your package arrives visibly damaged, please notify us via email at [email protected] as soon as you can. Please be aware we may not be able to process a claim if you do not notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Photos of the mailing box may be required on a case by case basis.

Do you include the receipt with the arrangement?

Receipts and packing slips are not usually included in the box, as most orders are sent as gifts. However, you may request a receipt in the comments box upon placing your order and you will also receive one by email automatically following your order.

Do You Ship Overseas?

At this time, we only ship within the United States and Puerto Rico.
