Elle Torres defied all odds to create her own path to success. As a Summa Cum Laude graduate from the University of Boston, Elle had big dreams of becoming a Chief of Staff by the age of 35. After six dedicated years at a global company, she experienced the setback of being laid off. This unexpected turn of events could have deterred her, but instead, it fueled her determination to forge her own path. As a Latina, she faced additional challenges in the job market, only receiving offers for administrative assistant positions. However, she refused to let these circumstances define her future.
Driven by her entrepreneurial spirit, she decided to take a leap of faith and founded The Rose Maven in 2019. With her passion for beauty and creating memorable experiences, she set out to provide exceptional preserved rose arrangements to her clients.
