Because each Rose Maven arrangement is handcrafted and made to order, we do not accept returns.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.ย If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 5 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.
To help us resolve the situation quickly, please include:
- your order number
- clear photos of the product and packaging
- a short description of the issue
Because of the delicate nature of preserved roses, claims submitted outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for review.ย
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the delicate and perishable nature of preserved floral products, arrangements cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.ย
