• No water, ever. Unlike fresh flowers, preserved roses don't need hydration — water will damage them.
• Keep away from direct sunlight. UV exposure causes fading over time.
• Avoid humidity and excessive touching. Preserved petals are delicate and can absorb moisture from the air.
• Dust lightly if needed. A soft makeup brush works perfectly to keep them looking fresh.

Preserved petals are delicate and can occasionally shift during shipping. If this happens, a light repositioning by hand or a gentle trim with small shears can restore their shape beautifully.

Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of our arrangements, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged, please message @therosemaven within 5 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right.
