What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of our arrangements, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged, please email elle@therosemaven.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be canceled or modified within 30 minutes of purchase. After that, processing begins, and changes may not be possible. Contact us ASAP if needed!
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds, but we will happily replace any damaged orders reported within 5 hours of delivery.

With proper care, The Rose Maven’s roses can last 12+ months—some even beyond 2 years! Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity to enjoy their long-lasting beauty.
Do preserved roses smell?
No, preserved roses are fragrance-free since the preservation process removes their natural scent. However, some customers lightly spritz their roses with essential oils or perfumes for a personal touch.
Are your roses real?
Yes! Every arrangement features 100% real Ecuadorian roses, carefully preserved to maintain their luxurious, natural look for years to come.

Can I request a custom order?

Most orders ship same day if placed before 12 PM EST. Standard delivery takes 1-4 business days depending on location. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes! We provide same-day hand delivery in the Boston area for select arrangements. Choose the local delivery option at checkout or contact us for availability.
How is my order packaged?
Each arrangement arrives in a luxury box, carefully secured for a flawless unboxing experience. No receipts are included—because every order is gift-ready.

How do I care for my preserved roses?
Minimal care is required! Just follow these simple tips:
✔ No water, ever! Unlike fresh flowers, preserved roses don’t need hydration.
✔ Keep them out of direct sunlight to prevent fading.
✔ Avoid humidity & excessive touching—preserved petals are delicate.
✔ Dust lightly with a soft brush (like a makeup brush) if needed.
What happens if petals crack or shift?
Preserved petals are delicate and can sometimes shift. If this happens, a light trim with small shears can help restore their shape.
